With the 3M fit validation system, we can performance check a multitude of disposible ear plugs. If your employees are exposed to high noise levels or show signs of hearing loss, the fit validation system is an ideal way to determine how much protection they are truly receiving. It is also a great system to educate the employee on how to get the most protection out of any given disposible or custom ear plug. 

 

Hearsafe Canada's certified technicians can come on site free of charge to guide you through the fitting process if requested. Once an employee experiences a proper fit with the aid of our fit test, they are able to fit themselves in the future when required. Comfort EarNoise Plugs were designed for workers exposed to unsafe noise levels on-the-job. Since the Comfort Ear is made for each ear and each individual, it is comfortable to wear for long periods of time without discomfort. Sound is attenuated with solid body medical grade 6 silicone that the Comfort Ear is manufactured from.The Comfort Ear attenuates (reduces) sound pressure levels by 10-45dB across the entire frequency spectrum at the ear. For example, levels are reduced by 29dB at 125hZ, 45dB at 4kHz and 44dB at 8 kHz. These plugs can be filtered to facilitate communication based on exposure levels. They can also be hooked up to two radio units depending upon the make and model. All ear impressions are digitally scanned and filed for life. One ear impression is all you will ever need for a perfect fit.

ER-9, ER-15 and ER-25 Musicians Earplugs* were designed for musicians and sound engineers as a necessary companion during live performance and recording. Their unique design allows each level of protection to be worn comfortably even during extended periods of high sound pressure levels. Sound is attenuated by specialized filters that provide equal levels of protection at all frequencies.The custom fit and soft vinyl construction provide years of use. The ER-9 attenuates (reduces) sound pressure levels by 9dB across the entire sound frequency spectrum at the ear.
